About the Chef

Phoenix is the heart and soul of the Blue Dragon gourmet mobile kitchen. Born and raised in Midwest America, she’s always had a green thumb in the garden and golden hands in the kitchen.

A stint of living in San Francisco saw her frequent Malvi Doshi’s Indian restaurant, The Ganges, where she developed an abiding love for traditional Indian cuisine and all its spices had to offer.

In the years since then, she’s expanded her skills to include Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean, French, and Italian cuisine, among others. Clients can rest assured that, no matter their preference and however picky the palate, the Blue Dragon delivers.
